Highland will host our annual State of the City Address on Thursday, August 28th. We hope you can join us as Mayor Penny Lilburn highlights the progress that has been made in the city over the past year and shares future plans for the year to come.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Sterling Natural Resource Center, located at 25318 5th Street, San Bernardino, CA 92410. Light refreshments will be served.
