AMBASSADOR COMMITTEE

Highland Chamber Members who exhibit the highest degree of professionalism, act as the good will arm of the Chamber of Commerce pursuing the committee’s goal of representing the organization as an emissary at all programs, projects and events. 

The Ambassador Committee currently meets on the fourth (4th) Thursday of each month from 10:00am-11:00am at the Highland Area Chamber of Commerce Office, except for event days, holidays and December.  

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

Works on behalf of the Highland Chamber to assist in planning, promotion and support of economic development in our city.  Acts as a liaison between City of Highland staff, developers and businesses.  Promotes business and community growth and development by promoting economic programs designed to strengthen and expand the income potential of all classifications of business within the Chamber’s trade area in addition to preserving the competitive free-enterprise system of business by creating a better understanding and appreciation of the importance of the local business community.

The Economic Development Committee currently meets on the fourth (4th) Thursday of each month from 12:00pm-1:00pm - or as needed, except for event days, holidays and December.  Meetings are held at Century 21 Showcase located at 7835 Church St. in Highland or at the Highland Chamber Office.
